A beautiful summer salad made with whole foods, fresh fruit, and a creamy homemade dressing that the entire family will love! 🇺🇸🌿

This one’s a crowd-pleaser—and it’s easy enough for a busy weekday lunch 💪

🥗 Ingredients:
• 10 cups spring mix or baby spinach
• 4 cups cooked chicken breast or tenders, chopped/shredded
• 1½ cups blueberries 🫐
• 1½ cups sliced strawberries 🍓
• ½ cup crumbled goat cheese or feta 🧀
• ½ cup sliced almonds or walnuts 🌰

🥣 Creamy Poppy Seed Dressing:
• ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp raw honey 🍯
• 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
• 1 tbsp poppy seeds
• Sea salt, to taste 🧂

👉 Whisk dressing until smooth & chill.
👉 Layer salad ingredients and drizzle with dressing (or serve on the side).

👧 Kid-Friendly Tip: Serve deconstructed so they can build their plate.

💡 Real Food Tip: Use leftover grilled or rotisserie chicken to save time!
