  2. Congratulations for your first try at these. Home made Bagels are the best but also a bit of a challenge so well done. Have you tried making them with a sourdough starter? Amazing taste!

    How many grams per bagel did it weigh?

    I made some bagels previously and the holes stretched ended up closing up to just become a bread haha

    WAY better than my first ones!

    The recipe I found said to proof the shaped bagels for over a hour and I ended up with essentially pita with a hole in the center. Had no clue what I was doing wrong until I saw someone have the same problem in GBBS and had a lightblub moment

    Looks great!! I remember my first try and they can’t out perfect. Then my next 3 attempts somehow failed. I never tried again lol
