The whole bag isn’t very much as it seems and the noodles are sooo skinny. I tried them and probably won’t buy them again. Because I would buy konjak noodles instead.

Yes, nice texture but has like no flavor. I added soy sauce and threw it in a stir fry it was good

I eat them everyday. Don’t expect a lot of flavor;they are mildand very filling. Without the stomach upset that some experience with konjack.
They don’t stay on the shelf long at my grocery store.

hearts of palm/ spaghetti squash are probably equal or better tasting and you get way more for the amount of money (volume-wise) compared to these. The extra protein in these is nice but doesn’t make it worth it imo— I felt like it ended up being like half a cup max after cooking. But just depends what you are looking for!
