Something about a big slab of beef on a bone that turns me on every time. My wife is lucky there is no Coldplay on the Sonos.

Have to say I enjoying the move from gas to charcoal.

    I did a 3.5 pound tomahawk last week, and did 4 hours sous vide before finishing on the Weber. It cut like butter. Yours looks amazing.

    What is crazy is that you can get these for like $10 a pound at Sam’s club. They mark them down all the time pretty much every week.

  4. Up here in Canada a 4lb tomahawk is upwards of C$75-90. It’s ridiculous.
