Ingredients:
• Olive oil: 2 tbsp
• Garlic (minced): 2 cloves
• Chicken (cubed): 250 g
• Mushrooms (sliced): 1 cup
• Carrots (chopped): 1/2 cup
• Capsicum (chopped): 1/2 cup
• Corn: 1/4 cup
• Peas: 1/4 cup
• Soy sauce: 3 tbsp
• Dark soy sauce: 2 tbsp
• Chili sauce: 2-3 tbsp
• Vinegar: 1-2 tsp
• Black pepper: to taste
• Salt: to taste
• Paprika: 1 tsp
• Onion powder: 1/2 tsp
• Chicken stock: 4 cups (or 1 chicken bullion mixed in 4 cups of water)
• Cornflour: 2-3 tbsp (mixed with water for slurry)
• Eggs (beaten): 2
• Parsley or cilantro (chopped): 2 tbsp

Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
2. Add chicken and cook until it changes color.
3. Stir in mushrooms and sauté briefly.
4. Add carrots, capsicum, corn, and peas; mix well.
5. Pour in soy sauce, dark soy sauce, chili sauce, and vinegar. Add black pepper, salt, paprika, and onion powder.
6. Add chicken stock and let it simmer.
7. Stir in cornflour slurry and cook until the soup is thickened.
8. Add beaten eggs, wait for 15 seconds before stirring.
9. Turn off the flame and garnish with parsley or cilantro. Serve hot.
