-120gr flaxseed meal
– 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
– 1 tablespoon oregano
– 1 tablespoon psyllium husk (optional)
– 1 tablespoon garlic powder
– salt&pepper
– 80-100 ml water
Bake at 180 °C for 10-15 min each side.
