  1. I do think it's a bad habit to hide veggies from kids. They need to know what they're eating. I tell mine the veggies are in it but it's just regular soup, and they give it a try.

  2. I make a really similar soup for our family for dinner, but add butterbeans. Please dont omit protein from vegan dinner dishes!!!!! Especially when you are making a recipe targeted at parents.

  3. I needed this! OMG my 4 year old has been giving me such a hard time with food lately. Thank you for this! Can't wait to try it ❤ please keep the kiddo meals coming ❤

  4. my boyfriend hate veggies because of the natural taste, this recipe is definitely perfect for him, I'll do some experiments with other veggies too so he can eat his veggies without worrying about the taste. thank you❤

  5. These recipes always look good but pls could you try to tone down that annoying “influencer voice” in the narration?

  6. This came at the right time! My 2 year old is sick with RSV and has had very little appetite until yesterday, so I’m excited to make this for him (and me! Sick baby often means sick mama!) and get his nutrients in!

  7. All ingrediences with their measurements and baking advices would be a completely recipe!☝🏼🥺
    Otherwise it is useless! 😕🙈🤕😤

  8. Can u start listing it ngredents. Recipe would be make me see u more. It’s hard to go to the website,
Would make life easier with kids

  9. Alternatively you could teach kids to enjoy veggies by cooking tasty veggie meals. Whole nations do this and it’s only countries that over rely on ultra processed foods that have to go to such extreme lengths to get kids to eat them.

Ultra processed foods are designed in such a way to make the tongue crave the extreme flavours. When you feed that rubbish to children you deprive them of real nutritious food and the enjoyment of proper food, substituting it for empty calories, weight gain, lethargy and a lifetime of health problems.

Teach your children to enjoy proper vegetables.

  10. Its the appearance and texture that bothers people. If we cook, eat them with meat or grind them up, it relatively is a great way to secretly make them eat it

  11. ❤. I am Hispanic and I do this often, plz don’t tell my family 😅 also for finer runnier broth you can strain the broth with a very fine mesh or a cheese cloth and squeeze.

  12. extremely expensive in my country. Tomato 20 euros 1 kilo, Bell pepper 40 euros per kilo, zucchini 16 euros… Salary 700 euros per month. Onion and carrot are cheap.

  13. At first, I thought alphabet soup meant the pasta was in the shape of alphabets and i was trying to see if I could make out any of them 💀
