Full-Sized Kısır Recipe!
Ingredients:
1 large cup bulgur (kısırlı)
Half a cup of hot water
3 lettuce leaves
1 bunch of parsley
3 spring onions
5 cherry tomatoes
1 medium green pepper
Half a teacup of olive oil
1 tablespoon pomegranate molasses
Black pepper
Red pepper flakes
Cumin
Salt
1 tablespoon pepper paste
1 teaspoon tomato paste
1 clove of garlic
1 small onion

Instructions:
Soak the bulgur in hot water and stir to coat thoroughly. Cover and let it rest for 5-10 minutes. Meanwhile, place a pan on the stove and add a little oil. Sauté the chopped onion and garlic. Add the tomato paste and turn off the heat. Add the spices, olive oil, and the onion with the tomato paste to the rested bulgur. Mix well. Add the finely chopped greens and tomatoes and stir. Your kısır is ready to serve.
