But I was like, I really need to bring you guys with me so you can see the step by step of uh everything that I’m doing. And yeah, I’m hoping I’ll finish before she wakes up. So, we are doing a recipe today. We’re making some cabbage. I have some cabbage here, but not just your regular cabbage. We’re making stuffed cabbage. Stuffed cabbage. So stay tuned. Subscribe. Let’s get into it. So here we have our beef. This is basically uh minced beef. Minced beef. It’s just a bit. Then here we have some garlic, ginger, onion, carrot, and green pepper. So I don’t know. I actually wanted to marinate this meat before putting so fast. So then we add some salt. Just walk everything out. Everything in. Then of course you’re using some soy sauce. Bit of soy. Then my favorite oyster. This is oyster. obsessed with oyster sauce. So, here is our marinated meat. We’ll we This is ideally supposed to stay about 30 minutes so it can absorb all the marinades and all the flavors. But we really don’t have time now. I was just going to direct cook. So, I’m just hoping the flavoring will work. So, let’s work on the cabbage. So, for this recipe, we need the cabbage. We just going to take so careful. So, here are the cabbage petals. I have never done this recipe before, guys. So, it’s also the first for me, but uh that’s why I wanted we do it together with you guys so we can all try together. So, let’s do this. these. So, here they are. We just wanted steamed up for like 2 minutes only. Yeah. So, ensure they don’t because you’re still going to cook these. We just wanted them to soften a bit so that they can be able to fold up while you’re doing the feeding. You guys, why am I here? Baby cries. So guys, I have seen a problem with these hard parts. Make sure you try and eliminate them as much as possible cuz they’ll just spray. So this is it. Thank you. Oh my lord. I hope I’ll make it. So here we have all this. [Music] Okay. [Music] Yep. We have tried something like see this. And now we are going to do ste and do the rest. Here we have Go. adding the cabbage, the soft cabbage. So the meat can cook from the inside and also um everything can just also secret to my stews and and fries. Whenever something I use chicken or I don’t have any. So remember, you want to use a wide pan so the uh the vegetables or the cabbages can have a wide surface area so the meat inside can be able to cook properly. So you don’t want to put one on top of the other. You want them to sit one by one um on the pan. So that’s why I’ve used a frying pan that is wide enough. So whenever you’re looking at this, be sure to use a wide pan or a white pan to be able to achieve the best result. So guys, I want to add in I’ve also added in some garam masala. So if you have royal, this is the perfect time to add it, but I don’t have role. the gar just do or any other spice that you prefer. So it’s at this point that we are going to add our cabbage. Just look at how cute they look. I hope they look this Let it simmer. Cover and let it simmer for about a minute or two. Then you add water. careful not to break the cabbages but ensure things don’t stick at the bottom. Also, if you can use a nonstick pan the bottom but yeah so let’s let this cook for some time. What? Nose. What’s about the nose? Your nose is blocked. What? What? Your nose is blocked. [Music] Wow. So, I came to breastfeed and put the baby to sleep, but she’s refused. So, usually she has a routine where Yeah. say routine. Not really routine, but I’m trying to potty train her. So, uh, whenever she wakes up, I have to put her on the potty. So, each time I’m not there, sometimes I find she’s already messed up. So, usually I want to catch her, catch her before she does the deed on herself. So, um, we’ve not been sleeping again. She’s refused. So, we’re going downstairs, but we’ve been here for some time. We’ve been here for some time. Yeah. I hope my recipe is not going bad. But let’s let’s go and continue. [Music] So, this is how our cabbage is going. We I I already turned them. So, both sides are perfectly cooked. And I think they’re done by now. They are done. They’ve been cooking for about 20 20 minutes. That is a lot. 20 minutes. So, this is what we have. We’re going to have this with some rice. So, here are our cabbage rolls. And I’m about to serve. I told you guys I’m having this with some rice. So guys, here we have our stuffed um cabbage um and some rice and definitely some avocado. So this is a version of rice and cabbage and meat, but in a cool way. You can have this um during your dinner dates inside the house or when you want to make a special meal for someone.
