Farah Khan Style Pot Roast Chicken Thighs Recipe
Ingredients:
▫️4 chicken thighs
▫️1 tbsp oil
▫️Salt, pepper, chilli flakes (to taste)
▫️1 tbsp mustard sauce
▫️3–4 garlic cloves, minced
▫️Juice of 1 lemon
1. Pat chicken thighs dry. Rub with oil, salt, pepper, and chilli flakes
2. Add minced garlic and mustard sauce.Squeeze lemon juice over
3. Mix everything in a heavy-bottomed pot
4. Cover and cook on low heat for 20–25 min, turning once, until chicken is juicy and cooked through
5. Serve with your favorite sides!
