Made some smashburgers on my new kettle griddle insert
Just got this griddle and I’m pretty impressed with the results. Can’t wait to try some cheesesteaks next!

I have one of these griddles. I recommend a nylon cymbal bag for storage. I got one with a larger diameter (24″) to make room for the big handles and it works great.
