







Im into my first month of meal prepping. It been a nice change to have home cook food for lunch at work. I been prepping dinner in the morning and I thought since I’m already in the kitchen why not make lunches for work.
The hardest part is planning what to eat each week. I really want to stick to this. I’m open to suggestions what your favorite lunches to make for the week. Just I don’t like seafood.
One meal I forgot to take photo of was sausage with cheddar and broccoli pasta.

To your point about meal planning, is it that you’re wanting more ideas for your menu rotation?
OP where did you buy the glass container with the divided sections? Great job meal prepping!
