Ngayong araw mga kaibigan tayo ay nagluto ng isang masarap na ulam na kung tawagin ay “Paksiw na Moro-moro o Indian Mackerel Fish Stew”. Ang ulam na ito ay may mga pangunahing sangkap gaya ng isdang moro-moro, mga spices gaya ng bawang, luya, sibuyas, berdeng sili, suka, asin, mantika at betsin.

Sa pagluluto, ito ang mga dapat gawin;

Una, hugasan ang mga piraso ng mackerel at itabi. Hiwain naman ang mga spices at saka isama sa isang kaserola kasama ang mga nahugasang mga piraso ng isda.

Ikalawa, timplahan ng asin, betsin at suka ang mga naunang sangkap sa kaserola at saka ito ilagay sa apoy at pakuluan ng ilang minuto. Marapat na pakuluan ito ng 10 minutes hanggang bumango at kapag malambot na at nanonoot na ang mga sangkap ay isunod na ang mga huling sangkap.

Ikatlo, lagyan ng toyo at mantika ang niluluto at pakuluan muli ng ilan pang minuto. Makalipas ang ilang sandali ay maaari nang alisin sa apoy ang kaserola at ilipat ang laman nito sa isang malinis na mangkok at agad ay maaari na itong ihanda sa hapagkainan.

[Music] To start our cooking, we will wash our fishes and place them inside a pot. Then we set them aside. We will prepare our spices like some green chilies, ginger, onion and garlic. We remain our green chilies as it is without cutting while our ginger, onion and garlic will be prepared accordingly. We will slice the ginger into thin slices. The garlic will be crushed and peeled and the onion will be sliced into thin and slender shapes. After this process, we will move on to the next step. [Music] Leave me again. [Music] [Music] After the spices are done, we place them all in a pot with the pieces of macaron fish. Then we add some salt and some ainamoto seasoning and some amount of vinegar. After this step, we move on to the next [Music] love again. [Music] To the furnace, we will place the pot. Let it boil for about 10 minutes to cook the fish and the spices together. When the dish is already aromatic in fuming, that means that the ingredients are starting to fuse all of its flavors. From that part, we will wait for a few more moments and then we add the next ingredient. [Music] Once the initial ingredients are added and cooking very well, we can now add a squint of soy sauce and olive oil. This will add more taste and flavor to the recipe and serves as our final components as well. A few more minutes after these two items are added, this recipe will soon be finished.
