If there was only one dish that I could eat for the rest of my life, I’m telling you, it’s going to be this. Start by grating up half an onion. Add that to a bowl along with some lamb mints. And we’re going to do some fresh parsley. Okay, delicious. We’re going to do a few spices. Cumin, Aleppo pepper, bit of salt, bit of pepper in there as well. Now, I’m going to smush it together. Put a glove on and smush it together. You can just mix it, but I really like to get everything in there. Okay. To a bowl, add some pot set yogurt with some garlic, salt, pepper, and some dried mint leaves. Now, I could only find wantton wrappers. And traditionally, these are not done with wonton wrappers. They’re done with dumpling wrappers, but this is the best I could find. Okay, we work with what we’ve got. Okay, next you want to cut the dumpling wrappers or wanton wrappers into four. Okay, I’m doing about a teaspoon of filling in the middle. A little bit of water around the edges, and then we’re going to fold all those edges into like a triangle and pinch all the sides together so it looks like a little dumpling like that. Okay, beautiful. Repeat and do that to all your dump dogs. Chuck them in some boiling salted water. They only take about 3 to four minutes. All right, my favorite part. Salted butter into the pan along with some Turkish pepper paste. All right, it’s mild. It’s not hot at all. It’s just very, very, very flavorsome. It is delicious. All right, just caramelize that for about a minute or two. We’re going to lay down the dump dogs. Then we’re going to pour that sauce all over the top. Okay, we’re going to garnish with some parsley and some more dried mint. This is delicious.

When you have time you should try to make the dough from scratch It is very time-consuming I know when we make Mantı (Turkish dumplings) we gather all friends and family to wrap the dough
Fkn yummo

I think that’s called “MANTI” in Turkey
This is soooo similar to Arabic "Sheesh barak"!! It's just cooked in the yogurt!
