  1. Burrata Bruschetta with Balsamic Glaze

    Ingredients:
    • Baguette, sliced
    • Garlic cloves
    • Burrata cheese
    • Cherry tomatoes (or any ripe tomato)
    • Fresh basil
    • Olive oil
    • Salt & pepper
    • Balsamic glaze

    Instructions:
    1. Toast the bread
     Slice a baguette and toast the slices until golden and crispy.
    2. Garlic rub
     While the bread is still warm, rub each slice with a peeled garlic clove.
    3. Make the topping
     In a bowl, combine chopped tomatoes, minced garlic, chopped basil, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Let it sit to marinate.
    4. Assemble
     Tear burrata and layer it over the garlicky toast. Spoon the tomato mixture on top.
    5. Finish with flavor
     Drizzle with balsamic glaze and serve immediately.
