Remember๐ŸŒŸWITH CHRIST ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE

It’s homemade blueberry muffins. Yeah. And you are the time of my life. [Music] Hey family. I just wanted to share with you guys what I’m doing this morning. Um I’ve got Ava with me and uh she wants some blueberry muffins. Well, what it is, uh, what, maybe last week, week before last, my sister was here and I made some blueberry muffins for her and she took some back to Atlanta with her, gave some to my niece, and then the week before that, I made some for us. So, now I’m going to make some for a just show you guys, okay? Uh, these are the ingredients. And of course, I’ll put uh all everything in the description, the measurements, okay? But we’re going to need sugar. And then these, this is like a cup and a half of blueberries that I uh put some flour on them. That’s our blueberries. Flour. We’ve got flour in here. Uh Himalayan salt. I’ll put everything in the description for you. Um oil, vanilla extract, milk, and then these uh muffins yield about two dozen. We’re going to need some um sour cream, eggs, and melted butter. And I’mma make everything right here in my bowl. Okay. All right. So, let’s make these easy blueberry uh blueberry muffins. All right, guys. We’re going to pull these easy blueberry muffins together. First thing I’m going to do, I’mma start with this melted butter. I melted it. And we’re going to pour that in first. And everything going to be done right here in this bowl. Okay. I didn’t even have to pull my stand mixer out, but we’re gonna put our um butter in. And then I’ve got some oil here. We’re gonna pour that in. Just like that. Then we’re going to pour in our milk. Just like that. Whoops. And then our sour cream. Just like this. Make sure I get it all out of here. And then we’re going to put in some vanilla extract. About a teaspoon or so. Now, let’s mix all this up. Now, I got two eggs here. Let’s pour those in. All that up like that. I’m just using my whisk and just whisking it all up. Just like that. All right. Next thing we’re going to put in. I left everything down here. We’re going to go ahead on and put our flour in. Just like that. [Music] I’m going go ahead and pour my sugar in. We can get that mixed in, too. And now we’re going to go ahead on and pour our blueberries in. Now we just going to start folding our blueberries into this batter. Just like this. Y’all saw how quick that came together. [Music] Just like that. Make sure you go down to the bottom. Get cuz it still might be some flour down in there. I’m just trying to make sure all of these blueberries. Okay, that’s good. Now, we going to get ready to put them together. What I want to do, I’m going to preheat my oven to 425. Let’s see here. Okay, we’re heating our oven to 425. And what we going to do, we going to bake them for 5 minutes so that they’ll have a good rise to them. We’re going to bake them for 5 minutes on 425 and then we’re going to drop the heat to 350. Look y’all, I want to show y’all I got three different ice cream scoops. A large, a medium, and a small. Now, this depends on how thick you want your muffins. Okay? And I want to make two dozen. So, I’m going to go with my medium size um scoop here. Okay? And that’s what we’re going to do. I’m just going to put them in just like this. Real simple and easy, guys. You can pull this together on a Saturday morning or a night before school and when they get up, they got some fresh blueberry muffin. Okay, that’s our first dozen. All right, these are our blueberry muffins. We’re going to put them in the oven on 425 for 5 minutes. Then I’m going to drop the temp to 350 for about 12 to 15 minutes. I’ll let you know exactly. The last time I made them, um, I I went 15 minutes and to me, I probably should have stopped at maybe about 12. So, we’re going to we’re going to just see. I’ll let you know exactly how long it took. Hold your horses. Okay, guys. It’s been 13 minutes. [Music] There’s the first batch. Hold on. Hold on. Yep, I did. And then that’s the second bag. Oh, yeah. Papa will see it. So, let’s turn that off. And we going to let these cool, y’all. Let me pull them down. We going to let them cool. Okay. But you can see the blueberries all in them. We’re going to let them cool and then we’re going to taste them for you. I just want to say this right here first. Um oops, sorry about that. Um I I was checking our email yesterday. Well, not email. And I’ve got a we’ve got a subscriber that asked me about my um pot holders. Y’all, these pot holders came from the dollar store, Dollar General. We have a Dollar General um maybe 3 miles down the road. And I think I even did a video with these um cuz I I talked about they’ve got a bacon section in that Dollar General. So, they were um if I’m not mistaken, they were like 125. I think they were 125. But yeah, I got these two and then I’ve got these the green ones. So the dollar store. That’s that’s I I saw them. I loved them and I got them. Okay, so there you go. Dollar General. Hey everybody. Y’all hadn’t seen her in a while, but uh she she called me yesterday and said, “Grahams, I want to what? I want to I want to go home with you.” There you go. So, I had to go I had to go get her and and she’s with us a few days. So, we got some uh blueberry muffins for soon as they cool off, we’re going to taste them. Okay, guys. Um we’re going to try these muffins for you. Well, I thought Ael was going to wait, but look at her. She didn’t already start eating hers. But me and Chris, we going to try uh try one for you guys. Chris, which one you want? Just grab you one. I knew you was going to get that one. That was the one I wanted. Just kid, [Music] y’all. Um Mm- Come on. This is about the muffin. No, it’s about you. No, it’s not. Come on. She’s leaving us. So, I’m going to try to get in and video with her that I can. Look at the blueberries in there. Let’s let’s say grace. Father, we thank you this Father, we thank you this morning for your mercies, your unfailing love, your grace toward us. We thank you, God, that we were able to get up this morning because you enabled us. We thank you for watching over us over the night. And we just thank you, God, for your all that you do for us. We ask that you bless these food we’re about to receive for the nourishment of our body. Sanctify, purify, let it do us no harm. We pray for your people, all of our subscribers today. We pray that today is a blessed day in Jesus’ name. Amen. All right, Eva, you you about finished with yours? I really Okay. Well, go ahead on and eat. I want y’all to see [Music] Oh, it’s so light. It so fresh, warm, and fluffy. [Music] them make me so dizzy. What? Aa make me dizzy. They do. What? She said, “Grand, I want to eat all of them. I want y’all to see that bread. How soft that bread is.” I made them, like I said, a couple of weeks ago. They went to Atlanta. I made them before and they got grown. So, I had to show you all. They’re so delicious.
