Is there a way to deep fry these in an at home deep fryer? Google says you can, but it’s the ai overview. I also saw a TikTok that deep fried them and they turned out fine, but other than that I couldn’t find any other info. Just wondering if it works, and what temperature to fry them at, how long to fry them for and if they are okay being deep fried right out of the freezer, frozen? If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated, I think it would elevate these wings entirely.

Just my hot take. You can deep fry them, however, not frozen. Oil and water don’t like each other. These are fully cooked so it would just be re-heating in the oil. Thaw them out, dry with a paper towel, 4 minutes at 375. Report back.
Deep fry straight from frozen. Heat oil to 350°F&fry for 10min til crispy&internal temp hits 165°F. Don’t overcrowd. Let rest briefly before eating
They’re already fried, so you’ll be frying twice. I’d just air fry.
Deep frying at 375 degrees for 10 minutes I like em crispy, since oven can take longer and if you don’t have a air fryer.
Frozen wings always kinda suck for me. Deep frying would probably be solid though. I’d probably heat in oven til not frozen though. Maybe do a three step cook. Oven. Fryer. Fryer again after letting the oil reheat. Immediately toss in sauce with butter.
You would probably be better off with plain wings if Tyson offers them. Whatever they are presauced with may burn in a deep fryer.
Let them thaw in the fridge first, then fry for 6 minutes if boneless, 8 minutes if bone-in.
These wings are awful. Like the worst possible. Maybe deep frying them will improve.
I feel like the buffalo sauce will burn onto it
Warning! Those are extremely nasty. Just putting this warning out there.
If you’re using a deep fryer, simply choose a different product. Preferably fresh, not frozen, wings.
These are precooked and seasoned. Edit to elaborate: frozen, pre-seasoned etc are just shortcuts that companies offer to make it “easier” to have wings at home.
You’ve already got the right tool to make wings without the need for a shortcut. You’ve got a fryer. No need for shortcuts.
Tyson sucks one of the worst artificial taste I’ve ever had
I have not deep fried them, I put them in my Ninja air fryer. 350 degrees for 8 minutes, do the flop and toss around for another 8 minutes.
I toss them in buffalo sauce or bbq sauce afterwards. They really aren’t bad. Yes kind of small, but comes out crispy and I only buy these when Publix has a BOGO, I don’t think they are worth full retail price.
I’ve deep fried frozen fries and onion rings to GREAT effect before, so the theory is sound.
However, those are all things that take substantially more time to prepare from scratch. But with wings, it’s literally 1) take wings, 2) put them in hot oil, 3) take them out of oil, 4) apply sauce, and you’re done. By frying these wings, you’re putting in nearly the same amount of effort for a vastly inferior product.
If you’re committed to frying, then just get raw wings, throw them in the oil, and mix some Franks with butter while they’re frying. It’ll take a few minutes longer, but the results will be way better.
I obliterated a bag last week 😍
