    Amateur or not I think your steak looks pretty fucking good. What cut is that?

    what cut is this? looks amazing, but lean. almost thought it was a venison backstrap at first glance. my wife would love this she hates ribeye’s

    I would eat it and love it. How long did you let the steak get to room temp before cooking? I would do 30+ minutes before cooking. That’ll give you a more even cook.
