how you doing keto and carnosaurs is out there this is carnosaur Rex coming you today with a southern breakfast carnivore recipe now everybody knows the southern sausage gravy and biscuits breakfast but today I’m going to show you how to do a carnivore style so buckle up and let’s get cooking this is a real simple 10 15 minute recipe all you’re going to need is some sausage of your choice I like the sausage in the little tubes cuz it breaks up good like some ground meat you need some heavy whipping cream some butter some cream cheese and that’s what you need for the sauce now for the biscuits we’re doing a chicken biscuit now not a biscuit with chicken on it but a biscuit made with chicken so you’re going to need a can of chicken breast or you can use ground chicken breast I’m going to use the can today because it’s a little simpler and I’m showing youall the simple way grated Parmesan and cheddar that’s what you’re going to need and the egg one egg so let’s get all those ingredients out and let’s get cooking so let’s start with the biscuit what you’re going to need you’re going to need some Parmesan cheese that egg we talked about your shredded chicken and your cheddar cheese first thing we’re going to do is we’re going to take this can of chicken we’re going to drain it in the sink over here now you’re going to want to press all that water out because you want it to be kind of dry you’re going to press it until there’s not much coming out now once I pressed all the water out I go ahead I dump it in this mixing bowl now I throw it in the microwave for like 20 seconds just to dry it out a little more let’s do that real quick all right so we got it dried out we’re going to take the mash we’re going to mash it up you want it Mash pretty good to make it mix better now once you got it dried out and mashed you’re going to want to add that egg that parmesan say about 2 and 1 half ounces of Parmesan so that’d be half of this tub and some cheddar cheese now as you’re mixing you’re going to want to smash it cuz you want it kind of doughy you know like like that you’re going to take a little butter you’re just going to cut a little bit off this is really just for coating your pan I like to coat my pan with some butter now that we got our bun pan coated with butter we’re going to scoop some of these chicken buns into there you’re going to form them that way they look like little chicken biscuits little baby chicken biscuits if you have adverse reaction to one eating little baby chicken biscuits we probably shouldn’t be on the carnivore channel so uh head on over to that vegan Channel all right so now that we got the chicken biscuits formed in our little pan look at that Oho look at that we going to preheat oven for three oh that’s a two we’re going to preheat that oven there for three 50 350 let’s get it preheated let’s do that now now like we do every time we going to put these biscuits to the side we’re going to clean up this mess that way we can work now we on to the sausage gravy you want to take your whole tube of sausage you want to cut that up and drop it in this PO right here right here just like that now we going to move over to the stove we going to put it on medium high when we get over there we’re going to want to more four teaspoons of butter 8 oz of cream cheese and a half a pint of heavy whipping cream of your choice oh we going to bust that sausage down y’all we’re GNA make it into tiny little baby sausage pieces that way we can have that in the gravy that way you can have some sausage in every everybody everybody now this here is a good time to add your salt your garlic powder just go ahead and add it to that meat and it’ll get in that grease that we’re going to use to be making the gravy anyway and some pepper now don’t forget to keep an eye on that oven cuz when it hits 350 you’re going to want to throw them chicken biscuits in there let’s let that sausage keep Browning look how Brown and pretty that’s getting this where your flavors is going to come from there it is 350 they gonna go ahead and throw these in there look at that look at that let’s check on this sauce she Browning up real good look at that y’all look at that I don’t know if you like sausage like I do but we can skip the rest of this video and go straight to eating this sausage baby oh [Music] yeah we’re going to leave them chicken biscuits in the oven about 10 15 minutes and they going to be ready to come out you see how Brown that sausage is we go ahead and add that four teaspoons of butter let that start melting flavoring that sausage up all right guys now we’re going to add that 8 oz of cream cheese and a half a pint of heavy whipping cream let’s put that in the pot and stir up you can also add a little more pepper and salt for flavor at this point I mean it’s called a pepper gravy y’all don’t be shy with that pepper n keep stirring it you don’t want that bottoms to burn you want that that sour cream to melt evenly without anything starting to burn or stick on the pots just keep her stirring keep on stirring that’s it y’all she’s done we’re going to put it down on simmer and let a simmer stay warm till them biscuits done all right guys so everything seems to be done with them chicken biscuits we just waiting on those and we going to enjoy a carnivore country breakfast together and guess what we’re going to be getting better shape and getting in Better Health while doing it all right guys we got them chicken biscuits Out the Oven we about to Plate this and throw down you guys ready let’s get it wo them chicken bis get this done yet we’re about to Plate this and come right back and sit down and eat it boom now look at that tell me that ain’t something you wake up out the bed early in the morning and go eat now now take a look at that look at that boy now if you don’t know how to make the fried eggs go ahead throw in the comments and I’ll teach y’all how to make some fried eggs too but I’m pretty sure you guys know how to make some fried egg now that’s that chicken biscuit that sausage gravy and then fried eggs now that’s a real Southern country breakfast and it’s Carnival now for the taste test let’s see let’s bust that little egg open oh yeah bust it open get some of that biscuit with some of that gravy woo woo oh that’s good that’s so good I’m telling you I dare you to go
