Hey y’all. Hey, it’s Nikki and I’m back again with something jazzy. So, who knew that a sweet potato pie on graham cracker crust would be so good? It’s actually pretty good. You got to try that out by yourself. I know I do. All right. So, whenever I am doing a fusion, I like to bake my sweet potato pie, the portion with the sweet potato pie in the oven for at least 35 to 40 minutes. And that’s to give a firm foundation so whatever other flavor I’m going to add on top doesn’t seep into the sweet potato pie. It it makes good for a good picture. And I just feel like sweet potato pie should bake a little bit longer than key lime pie or a cake, whatever. All right. So the key lime pie portion I bake for 20 minutes. So 35 to 45 minutes for the sweet potato pie, 20 minutes on the key lime pie. Cool overnight. and honey. Let me know how you like it. Bye y’all.

Keyl Lime Sweet Potato Pie Bars Graham Cracker Crust1½ cups graham cracker crumbs* ¼ cup granulated sugar* 7 tablespoons unsalted butter, meltedKey Lime Filling4 large egg yolks1 tablespoon key lime zest14 ounces sweetened condensed milk• ½ cup key lime juiceTop with* homemade whipped cream* key lime slices key lime zestSweet Potato Pie Recipe https://njazzysweets.myshopify.com/products/untitled-aug14_11-17Preheat oven to 325°FSpray a 8×8 inch square baking dish and line with parchment paper . Combine pie crust ingredients and press firmly into the bottom and sides of baking dish. Bake for 12 mins and allow to cool for 10 mins Add 2 cups of sweet potato pie batter. Bake for 40 mins Combine Key Lime filling, add 2 cups to the top of the baked sweet potato , bake for 20 mins. You’ll see a slight jiggle in the center once done. Remove from oven, and allow to reach room temp. Cool for at least 3hrs or overnight.
