Thanks to r/spicy, I now cook my eggs in Laoganma Chili Oil.
Don't mind the sausage hash with Basil. The real star of the show are these Over-Medium(-ish) eggs cooked in chili oil from Laoganma spicy chili crisp. The spicy runny eggs yolks over the hash made it next-level.

Had this in lisbon. They just used regular oil probably. But a generous amount of chili crisp on top with some toast. Was so good.
