Cut the sauce in lengthwise strips, toast the bread and panini press (or equivalent) that shit and you’re golden. Remove the Bbq sauce, too much going on. Real trick is to salt the shit out of the mac and cheese after cooking, or spice it up if you got it.

Seriously though, I can’t remember which ballpark (baseball) has them but they make hot dogs with mac and cheese with crabmeat. Tried it at home and it was pretty damn good!
