Just a friendly tip, iceberg lettuce has piss all nutrients compared to other varieties. Try swapping it out for a cos lettuce. I hope this helps get out of the depression slump

I found cheese quesadillas with a side salad are really easy for me when I have low spoons. Idk if that’s helpful or not but they’re cheap and filling and helped me a lot.
