Creamy Buffalo Ranch Chicken Folded Wrap 

Tender shredded chicken tossed in spicy buffalo sauce and a ranch yoghurt sauce, layered with lettuce and melty mozzarella, all wrapped up and toasted until golden 🤤.Quick, easy, low cal and high protein 👌🏼

Ingredients
225g chicken breast 
Salt to taste 
Pepper to taste 
15g ranch dressing 

50g fat free greek yoghurt 
2 tbsp hot sauce (use less or more depending on
your heat preference – I use Frank’s)
2 tortilla wraps 
2 handfuls of shredded lettuce 
50g grated mozzarella 

💕Season the chicken all over with salt and pepper. Bake at 180 degrees celsius for 18 minutes. Once cooked, shred using two forks.

💕Whilst the chicken cooks, mix together the ranch dressing and greek yoghurt. 

💕Toss the chicken with the hot sauce with 1 tbsp of the ranch yoghurt mix. 

💕Slice both wraps half way down the centre.

💕In the first quarter, add the shredded lettuce followed by the buffalo ranch chicken.

💕Spread most of the remaining ranch yoghurt over the next quarter, reserving some to drizzle at the end, before adding the mozzarella in the last quarter.

💕Fold each quarter over itself, then add each wrap cheese side down into a hot pan. Fry for 1-2 minutes until the cheese has melted. Flip for a further minute.

💕Remove and drizzle over any remaining ranch and a little extra hot sauce if you wish!
