I feel like pizza is the one dish that is always disappointing when eating out in vegan restaurants 😭 do you know any good vegan pizza restaurant (whole world, I don’t mind, I just want to know πŸ˜…)?

But here is my recipe for 1 serving :
– 210 mL of water
– 250 g of flour
– 1 tsp of dried yeast
– 2 tbsp of olive oil
– salt

I let it sit for 30 min before doing some stretch and fold. And repeat that like 2/3 times before putting it in the fridge for the night.

And for the toppings :
The first one is pesto, arugula, roasted cherry tomatoes, vegan mozzarella.
And the other one is roasted vegetables and marinara sauce.

    Looks amazing, but i am concerned over the tomato stems. Those are mildly toxic.
