I had zucchini flowers in Rome that the batter really ruined them. It was heavy, greasy, and way too thick. This version is light, like a tempora batter. The way it should be. It starts like this by cleaning our zucchini flowers, and then we make a light batter with flour, baking powder, soda, and a little bit of grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper to taste. Dip your flowers in this light batter and fry to a golden deliciousness. So so good. And so serve them with some sea salt and parmesan cheese. And they are so so good. You’re going to love this. It’s delicious and so easy to make. The most important thing, they have to be easy.
