Idk I wanna have a 1000 calorie deficit and idk if I’m doing it right

    Its hard to know the calorie counts without knowing what the meals are or the measurements.

    Also, a 1000 calorie deficit is going to be REALLY hard to maintain (particularly if you’re new to managing your food intake… speaking from experience).
    If you are new, I would suggest aiming for a 300-500 kcal deficit to start and using a food tracking app (like fitbit or myfitnesspal, for example) to estimate calorie counts.

    Some of it may be guesswork (like a single scrabled egg may be anywhere from 70-ish calories to 120 depending on if/how much milk and butter were used). But if you’re making all your own meals, I highly suggest using a food scale.. it was a game changer for me!
