  1. Looks yummy! I’m making salmon tonight with a garlic lemon butter sauce. Salmon is really versatile. Honey garlic is also one of my faves. Great job!

    Looks good. Salmon belly is pretty rich, so if you can deal with that, I’d say you pretty much have salmon under your belt at this point.

    Do you like tuna salad? Try making tuna-salad-style salmon. I’m having salmon tonight as what we call “cooked poke bowl” – salmon cut in chunks and sauteed, served with rice, cucumber salad, edamame, a touch of spicy mayo. Sometimes I wrap all that in nori and make a (cooked) sushi burrito.
