According to a release, the future restaurant will be located at 523 Houston St. within one of many buildings comprising AJ Capital’s Wedgewood Village.
Lee Wolen will serve as chef.
Relatedly, Boka Restaurant Group will also open in Wedgewood Village Chef Gene Kato’s Momotaro, a contemporary Japanese cuisine restaurant, in spring 2026.
In addition, the release notes details will soon be provided on a third concept, also slated for Wedgewood Village.
Like its Chicago counterpart in the West Loop Gate district (see here), the Nashville Alla Vita will serve pastas, pizzas and other well-recognized Italian dishes. The beverage emphasis will be on wines and cocktails.
“Nashville is an incredible city, and I’m excited to spend more time here as we bring Alla Vita to town,” Wolen said in the release.
“I always love visiting, and it feels like a great fit for the next chapter of the restaurant. Our goal is to serve fresh, approachable Italian food in a fun, welcoming environment, and I’m looking forward to sharing that experience with Wedgewood-Houston and the entire Nashville community.”
Boka Restaurant Group was founded in 2002 and operates 30 restaurants, with most located in Chicago.
