Love Yucatán sunshine…

I haven’t seen cajun sunshine in a hot minute but I used to love it. My wife is a huge fan of tiger.

Big on the Cajun and Tennessee sunshine. Not a habanero pepper fan so can’t comment on that one. Tiger sauce is good but I wouldn’t consider it hot sauce. I like it on grilled cheese!

Tiger sauce is delightful but not even remotely a hot sauce.

I like to use tiger sauce to glaze bacon wrapped dove or chicken poppers. Don’t ever use it as a hot sauce.
Yukatan sunshine tasted watered down and thin to me.
Haven’t tried the others.

Yucatán Sunshine is a stable in my hot sauce cabinet.

The habanero lime tiger sauce is my go-to breakfast sauce. It is amazing on eggs

I haven’t seen Tiger Sauce in ages. I used to use it in marinades. Sweet and little heat.

Yucatan might be my fav hot sauce ever…love that stuff.
Tiger sauce is a GREAT chicken marinade.
Might I add, made in New Orleans down the street from me!

UPDATE: Tennessee and Yucatán are my favorites, Tiger would be good for pork because of the sweetness, but yes, needs more heat. Cajun is a distant 4th. Bought these sauces for nostalgic reasons, my parents always had them in the house. Never really tasted them objectively until now.

ride the tiger!

They have a particular twist on the canjun fermented funk which I sort of enjoy, it’s in the same ballpark with Tabasco but definitely not the same, and they lack the aggressive vinegar kick of OG Tabasco. They are also not hot, which shouldn’t be surprising because they top out at habanero, not a dig, just a fact to be aware of. Worth trying, they are definitely not bad and have pretty wide appeal for people who want a pepper sauce rather than a HOT sauce. Note: I’ve only tried Cajun Sunshine, Tiger Sauce, and Yucatan Sunshine. All of this was at least 5 years ago. I absolutely LOVED them when I was a teen and my uncle bought the tiger sauce and cajun sunshine back from a trip to Louisiana.

Tiger is okay, haven’t tried the others

Tiger isn’t what I would I call hot, but If I’m going to make a loose meat sandwich with hamburger it’s simmering with some tiger.

Yucatán is INCREDIBLE on eggs, pizza, and Mexican food. Haven’t tried it on chicken tenders yet but I’m sure it’s good there too. My favorite habanero sauce by far
