I've only been to 2 Robuchon restaurants, both in Tokyo (la Table in purple, l'Atelier in red). The food was solid classic French, nothing mind-blowing but definitely well done. That said, I wouldn’t go back… I was cringing at the decor the whole time. I didn't take any photos of the food because the shiny black nylon table cloths in the background were so ugly.
Is this whole theatric vibe a standard thing at all their locations, or is Tokyo just doing extra?

I think it’s Tokyo. I went to the one in macau and it was gorgeous
I loved the one in Vegas. It was my first high end fine dining experience. But I do think it’s Vegasy in a charming way.
Miami l atelier very similar if not identical design, Vegas robuchon similar …
Hong Kong identical bar
Most (but not all) are the same style
I’ve always found them hideous too, and I’ve loved JR since my first fine dining meal ever at Jamin in the 90s. I don’t remember that being ugly.
The one in yebisu garden always reminds me of the Japanese ideal of European opulence during the Meiji era.
The other one in your photo is kinda their modern look all over the world.
That looks rather garish
The first one looks like a hotel ballroom. The 2nd one isn’t everyones style but its not terrible I suppose.
The L’Atelier locations all have the same aesthetic, I don’t find it to be ugly or distracting.
I don’t remember the one in Saint Germaine looking like this but it’s been a minute.
Edit: I googled it and apparently it looks like the 2nd pic. Huh.
L’Atelier looks exactly the same everywhere. Think it’s their signature decor.
I went to l’Atelier in Vegas and it pretty much looked like that.
Paris L’etelier looks like a cheesy Vegas nightclub
L’Atelier in Miami looks exactly like the photo you posted of the one in Tokyo, unless that is the Miami location
This looks like some catering setup in a hotel ballroom. maybe for a black themed bar mitzvah?
L’ateliers all look like that
The Vegas one has that red motif
Everyone is talking about l’Atelier but I will say when I went to Joel Robuchon Las Vegas it looked similar to your picture of la Table. Actually they have pictures on their website, you can [see for yourself](https://mgmgrand.mgmresorts.com/en/restaurants/joel-robuchon-french-restaurant.html).
Your red picture looks exactly like the LV location.
Yeah, the one in Vegas is ugly as hell
The first one looks incredibly dated, but the bar/lounge is just garish.
