I thought last night’s leftovers were going to be too heavy and thought I’d make myself a snack plate instead. The irony is after tracking everything, this ended up being higher in calories than what the leftovers would have been anyway AND those probably would have been more filling. Oh well, I enjoyed it and that counts for something! I also had some almonds and celery for crunch.

    The cheese and eggs are nutrient dense, but they will keep you full longer. Looks good!
