Strawberry Shortcake ice cream pie cuz it’s no bake dessert season. 439 g package of golden Oreos. There’s 39 cookies from that package and I’m going to crush them in my food processor. This will be both my crust and my crumble on top. I’m going to use the first half now for the crust and reserve the other half for the crumble later. I’m adding 1/4 cup of melted butter. Work that butter into the crumbs a little bit. So you get that crust kind of formation into the bottom of your pie dish. Get that pressed firmly into the bottom of your pie dish. Once you have the pie crust, set that to the side. And get another bowl. One block of cream cheese. 1/4 cup of granulated sugar. Get that nice and creamy with your mixer. And set this to the side. I’m using frozen strawberries for the center of this pie. It’s the financially responsible thing to do. It looks like a lot of strawberries, but they’re actually rather freezer burnt. So, it’s really not that much. I’m going to blend them in my blender. I measured to be sure and we’re looking at three cups of blended frozen strawberries. Let’s add that to the cream cheese. Let’s get this mixed in with the cream cheese mixture. When that’s mixed in, set that to the side. 1 and 1/2 cups of whipping cream and a teaspoon of vanilla extract. Mix until you get the stiff peaks. Let’s get this freshed whipping cream folded into the strawberry cream cheese mixture into our pie shell. For the shortcake crumble on top, the golden Oreo crumbs from earlier. And I’m going to add a pack of strawberry Jell-O just for color. kind of mix the Jell-O through the Oreo crumbs so you get this really pretty strawberry shortcake kind of a color. Add 1/4 cup of melted butter. Work that in to get the crumble consistency. It looks just like a strawberry shortcake crumble. This beauty has to freeze overnight, at least 8 hours. This was in the freezer overnight. Look at how pretty it is. Definitely want to take this one out about 20 minutes before serving, just like you would an ice cream cake. I didn’t do that, so instead I spent 20 minutes fighting with it. She’s starved to it. Wanting a taste here. Come here and shove that in your mouth. You got me drove. Holy sweet baby ship balls. Sweet baby shipball approved and picky wife approved. All in one dish.

  1. It’s funny growing up my sister use to make these but no fruit in it maby some zest from a lime or lemon but it was called cheesecake and some called them frozen cheesecake.
    This looks delicious 😊

  2. What does "you got me drove" mean? Like… "you're driving me crazy"? It"s not something I heard when I lived there. 😁
