This was meant to be the side salad for dinner tonight but it was so sweet it turned into desert! I ended up adding some goat cheese too. The dressing was:
juice of one lemon
juice of one lime
mint from the garden
basil from the garden
Evoo (I think a tablespoon or so?)
Salt and pepper

So sorry, it was orange juice and lemon juice, not lime.
