    Looks fantastic. I am just joining the charcoal Weber Grill club. I am a solo 68 year-old who always hated gas grills. I like charcoal. I just now need to learn how to use it, can you explain, is this a technique? I would appreciate any resources cause I am not a long-term lurker. I just joined I think couple days ago. 👋🏻
