Breakfast – 2 boiled potatoes, 1 large hard boiled egg, half a can of tuna, some gherkins and 5g chilli oil (lao gan ma)
For a snack, I had 2 honey mangoes, 200g in total and a coffee with 50g whole milk
Lunch/Dinner – Tuna salad with chopped spinach, tomato, basil, and half a red pepper. Air fried 60g frozen fries, 2g Buldak and a small soft boiled egg – I also topped the salad with 2g sesame oil
For a sweet treat, snickers 🙂 which I halved with my sister. Not pictured are 2 small cookies (90 calories each), I had with my coffee

Looks great! I hope you washed the tin through – what’s the reason for not emptying it on the plate?
