🍗 Ingredients:

Chicken breast

Bell peppers (red, yellow, green)

Onion

Cooking oil

Fajita seasoning

Tortilla wraps

Optional toppings

Hello guys, welcome back to my channel Rosie. Today we are making chicken fajita wrap. So let’s begin. So I’ve got um fresh lime um using one fresh lime. Just go ahead and squeeze the um juice out. Then transfer into another um bowl. Add in 2 tepoon of um vegetable oil or olive oil. Then add in one teaspoon of pepper, one teaspoon of paprika, one teaspoon of thyme, um grounded garlic, shredded onions, black pepper to your taste and mix it together and set aside. When that is ready, get your chopping board and your chicken breast. So, I used about three um medium to large size um chicken breast. And go ahead to slice in half like this. Be gentle and be mindful of the knife. When you’re done, transfer your chicken breast into another bowl to marinate. So, I’m went ahead to add in my mix spice and the lime juice together and marinate the chicken and leave it to um sit for about 30 minutes. How you guys doing? Are you new to my channel? So, while that is resting, I went ahead to cut my big sweet pepper. So, I chose three different colors. So, here is my yellow one. Um, go ahead and remove the seeds from the pepper, bell pepper if you like. And, um, so you can begin to um, cut to the size that you want. [Music] [Music] [Music] Yes. So I went ahead to cut um one medium size um onion and then I just to peel the back and then wash before cutting slicing your onions um yeah to the size that you want. [Music] All right then. So, all done. So, set my frying pan on the fire like on the burner. Adding um one to two teaspoon of vegetable oil um depending on the oil of your choice. and then went ahead to begin to fry um my chicken breast on a low to medium heat. What you don’t want is for it to burn. Um you want to give it time to cook to the inside. Then you can flip it over to the other side to take it time to cook. So here, like what I was explaining, this other side is done. So I’m going to I’m turning it over right now. to give it um the other side a chance to cook as well. [Music] Don’t forget to like this video. Kindly give it a thumb up. Okay, I appreciate that. And it’s ready. I’m taking it out of the frying pan. So, adding extra 1 teaspoon of oil. Went in with my onions. Then also with my um sliced peppers, I’m begin to um gently turn um into the pan so that everything is well, you know, turned and um ready to cook. This looks so healthy. I love it. I really do. It’s It’s so nice watching it. It gives you like like you just want to start eating it while it is there because it’s very nutritious and packed with nutrients, vitamin C, antioxidant, and so many all the flavors. Okay, so we are getting there. As you can see, he has it has begun to cook here. So, I’m beginning to just turning it to be sure that it’s actually cooked um the way it should be. Okay. Now, I’m adding my um shredded um garlic, um cane peppers, bullion cubes. Yes. So you can go ahead at this point to add in any other spice that you didn’t use on your chicken and begin to stir gently so that it can go around. All right, while that has cooked, while it’s still on the low heat, I went ahead to cut my chicken breast and getting it ready. So when done, I’m going to go ahead to add it to the Yes. Add it to the um the frying pan. filled with my peppers and begin to turn that so it can all marinate together. Let me know how you prepare your own um fajita wrap um sauce. You can get this sauce from one of the supermarket because I I don’t want it to be very dry. I want it moist and this sauce was a game changer for me. It just is packed with flavors. Wow.
