I have never cooked lamb but decided I wanted to make a lamb wrap today. I scored the fat cap and seasons with Cardamum, salt, chili powder, curry seasoning, and then seared in butter with fresh rosemary and coriander seeds. After I did a pressure cook in my instant pot. Served with cucumber, red onion, tomato, taziki sauce and then wrapped in a homemade flare bread that was crisped on all sides.
