β¨ Ingredients: Coat pork chops evenly and all over with, Garlic powder, Onion powder, Lemon pepper seasoning, Seasoned salt, and hot sauce and mustard. Press all seasonings in, Flip over and repeat steps again. Season All- Purpose Flour with Onion and Garlic Powder, Lemon pepper seasoning and Season salt. Add pork chops into flour mix. Heat skillet up and start to add in your pork chops. Cook until they are golden brown and crispy on both sides. Enjoy!

hi y’all this is Maddie from madd’s kitchen and today I’m going to make you all some mustard flavored pork chops but a little dash of hot sauce on mine that’s how I make mine and I’ll be using pork chops I went in there I don’t like really big pork chops but this what they had I got them you know and I kind like the I don’t like thick pork chops neither not for frying I’m baking or grilling or making stuffed pork chops is for the thick ones I kind of like the thin one tastes better fried and I’ll be using some hot sauce most people might not use that I’ll be using some hot sauce some must yellow mustard I’ll be using lemon pepper so this two seasons in one it’s uh lemon pepper also be using some garlic powder and some seasoned salt they got salt and seasoned in here and these are ingredients I’ll be using also be using some flour um to coat it with and also be using some uh vegetable oil my skill is over here getting hot and I’ll get back with you when I get ready to season my pork I thought I didn’t have any the onion powder so I looked up in my cabinet I found some also will be using some onion powder on here too and like I said I’ll be using all these ingredients it doesn’t matter I start with my dry ingredients first put some uh um this is onion on Powder I sprinkle all over here and then when you get through sprinkling over you can mash it down and turn it over on each side and do the side both sides the same way and you going to put them in the refrigerator and let them uh rest a little bit here’s some seasoned salt I won’t be using in the salt because the mustard and the hot sauce have a little salt in it so I’ll be using this a seasoned salt to give a little bit more uh seasoning we using some seasoned Sal sprinkle it over you know all of it over good and I’ll also be using some uh garlic powder this is good uh with uh pork chop with mustard is really good tastes so good and I’ll be using some lemon pepper this is two seasoning pepper and lemon be using these two season let’s see is it coming out now I’m going try to see put some in my hand and I GL it on here sometime they have moisture in them and they get stuck I don’t know cuz it’s over close to my stove so you know so what I’m going to do now I’m going turn all of these over first I’m going mash the season in them make sure you have them seasoned good now cuz like I said this is a quick uh video simple nothing to it season it good so I’ll be using some more I’mma to turn this over turn that meat over like I said these some big pork chops and I really I got what they had in the store I don’t like them too big you know but I do like the pork chop with the bone into it you know and it also with the bone okay so I’m going to sprinkle this some more lemon pepper on it I’m going let this rest for about 20 minutes in the uh refrigerator I mean outside so it can get uh room temperature you don’t want to fry stuff too uh too cold that don’t fres is good this is some sprinkly the same this is some seasoned salt like I said you don’t put too much on there and here’s some um onion powder I hope you all looked at my uh carrots this real I’ll be serving some carrots with this pork chop you can use apple anything that’s sweet you can use fried apple or you can use you know anything that’s sweet and here’s some I got all these seeds I using lemon pepper now I’m going to put some uh I’mma press these in and I’m going put my hot sauce and my must on mine on each side I’m going turn it over uhoh put this must on it just squeeze it on and rub it in let it set for a while make sure you rub it I’m I’ll be rubbing this in good off camera and on camera put a little hot sauce most people don’t use this hot sauce but if you’re using hot sauce don’t put too much salt in it cuz hot sauce does have a salt in it you know salty salty I’mma Mash this down I’m going turn this over I’mma to play with it a little bit more off camera too I’mma mashh it being good so I’m going put some hot sauce in here little hot sauce and say some mustard and these the seasoning I’ll be using these are all the season I’ll be using on here they don’t take much for pork chops but you want to make sure you mash the season in and season it really good some more gloves I’m getting y’all ready I’m going to get y’all ready for Thanksgiving I got a lot of videos everything you need to cook is on my channel for uh Thanksgiving just check it out I’mma I’mma do a video and I’mma name everything for you all that I that you can cook for Thanksgiving okay I’m going to let this set for a while and I’m going get back with you you also season your uh dusting pow uh dusting uh flow with uh the same ingredients just some lemon pepper two tights it’s lemon and it’s pepper that’s pretty good and here’s some seasoned salt cuz I won’t be using salt this season and salt together put some of this in here and then you’re going to use your garlic powder okay A little onion powder I don’t know what that yeah the onion powder and what I’mma do I’m going take and stir this up really good Stir It Up good and you going to uh dust your uh flour I mean dust your pork chops in here and it’s going to be good make sure you season your uh po your flour too this is all purpose flour and it don’t have no salt or nothing in it so just plain uh flour so you got to put a little seasoning in it and the first thing I’m going to do see how my my Grease this is getting hot over here I’m going take my pork chop I’m put them there some big pork chops honey put them in here and I’m you can take and U take uh shake the pan up but I got it it’s big enough that I don’t have to take it and you know shake it up get it ready one at a time and I can cut these pork chops um uh if I want to you know cuz they so big but I won’t cut them till after I cook them cuz I can’t eat one of these and I’m going to put one in at a time put one in at a time it get hot so I’m going to do another one I probably can fit two of these pork chops in this Skillet it’s a some big pork chops like I said that’s what they had if you going to store and buy pork chop some people like to buy the big ones but I really don’t like to buy the big ones and you’re not going to let these cook so long cuz they can get tough one thing about pork chop it don’t take long to cook and then when you cook them too long and don’t let them touch they can get tough you don’t want them get tough okay this skitt is about hot enough I’m going to give it about two more minutes I’mma put these pork chops in them I’ll let you know okay I put one in I was trying to see if this Skillet would fit both of them so they can fry even I guess it does it’s some big like I said these some big pork chop and I you know sometime you can cut them in the middle so they won’t curl up but I don’t think I have to do these cuz these are kind of flat you know some of them just take a sled and put them in the middle but you don’t have I don’t I didn’t have to do that so I’m going to let these fry and I’m going to get back with you the grease should kind of cover these a little bit because you don’t want to keep turning them you want these to just get crispy and uh serving okay I get back with you I turned one over I’m getting ready to turn the other one over see how good that look y’all they big but some people like big on and they were a little raggedy just what a little bit but I’m going to put this other one in here try to not let them touch you know when you put them in there because when they touch sometimes they sweat I’m going put this one in here that’s it to it easy video and it taste so good I can tell the way I season it so I’m going to let this finish cooking I’m going to get back with you these pork chops were so big until another piece that came left in the flour came I’m going put that in there and Fry this oo Lord have mercy I got to be careful I dropped it but here’s the one that I fried look how good and crunchy they look they are so good you can let them get crunchy see how crunchy those are I like them mine will look just like that when I get through frying the other ones I’m going to put them on the plate I turn them over when you’re cooking pork chops you don’t have to turn them over for one time don’t keep turning them turn them only one time and they’ll be as crunches and look as good as those once I finish these two I’m going to put them on the plate and show y they look here’s the Finishing Touch of my mustard fried pork chop with a dash of hot sauce on it and I also had some leftover uh uh carrots uh candy carrots that goes good with pork chop uh sweet potatoes or fried apples as a good uh treat with a fried pork chop thank you all for tuning into my uh video If you like
