It’s the marinade I use but with the addition of peanut butter. I like that! It’s easy and has that extra layer of flavor. Thanks for adding the nutrition breakdown on your recipe as well. My husband has high blood pressure and I have to be careful of the sodium content. I’m assuming the soy sauce listed in your recipe is the not the low sodium soy sauce and will use low sodium.
