    # Ingredients

    * 1 full loaf baguette, sliced into 1/2 inch toasts
    * 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
    * ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
    * 2 peaches, thinly sliced
    * 8 oz goat cheese, thinly sliced or crumbled
    * 6 tablespoons [honey](https://amzn.to/3HjLYpm)
    * 6 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
    * ½ cup fresh basil, roughly chopped

    # Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 400F, with rack on middle position. Line large baking sheet with foil and set aside.
    2. In a small bowl, combine honey with balsamic vinegar and mix well. Set aside.
    3. In another small bowl, combine olive oil and garlic powder.
    4. Brush garlic oil mixture over baguette slices, and place slices in a single layer on baking sheet. Bake about 6 minutes, or just until light golden brown. Let cool to room temperature.
    5. Evenly divide cheese over each slice of toast. Place 2 peach slices on top of each toast.
    6. Top with basil and drizzle with honey/vinegar mixture.
