My amazing sister-in-law bought some tins while she was in Europe and brought them back to the US for me! Ortiz Bonito del Norte en Escabeche. I put it on toast with mayo, dill, parsley, chives, red pepper flakes, Louisiana hot sauce, salt & pepper. The resulting flavor is outstanding. Though the texture of the fish itself was a little dry, it wasn't enough of a negative for me to care. I'm now on the hunt for more of these!
