Update! Looks like the fan was binding up so I sprayed the rotor with some WD-40, and spun it by hand for a bit, then threw it on high and it fired right up. The only problem now is how do I get it to stop being on fire? 😅😅 It doesn’t look like it wants to hold a temperature when set to it, unless I’m just doing something wrong.

Is this how you’re running it? There should be a diffuser plate and a drip pan in there.

the controller is very poor. It will never properly keep the temperature accurate. i had to invest in a PID controller for controlling the terrible swings and flameouts.
