Ingredients
Eggplant 2
Garlic
Onion
Green chillies
Tomato
Olive oil
Paprika
Salt
Tahina (sesame paste)
Coriander for garnish

Roast Eggplant, onions tomatoes as shown.

Mash them well, you may grind it into a fine paste as well.

Transfer the mixture in a bowl.
Add lemon juice, tahina, salt, paprika, olive oil and garnish.

You Dip is ready!! Enjoy.
