    I use the wedges on my large and love them! The only reason I got a large and not an XL was because they don’t offer a version for the XL

  3. Interesting. Do you bake at like 450 like a ready bake or do you hit 600 with it, like I normally do with fresh dough

    I don’t understand this.

    I cook a ton of pizzas on the BGE and the default approach is get the egg very hot and elevate the pizza so it’s as close to the top of the dome as possible.

    Why would I want to pay $230 for something to prop open the oven, letting the heat out, and also raising the lid, making the dome further away from my pizza?
