Anyone have recommendations on smoking a 5lb log of raw bologna. I have cooked their bologna slices before on a flat top but bought this with intentions on smoking it. So much better than grocery store bologna. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

    Never heard of the un cooked, at least not in the markets around here.
    I do regular bologna, all beef.
    I’d say anywhere above 165 internally will do…low and slow, 125 / 250
    At 165 internal, cut it in half and take a peak, can’t hurt.
    It’s just beef.
    ….now I want one. lol
