    Skirt steak
    1/4 cup orange juice
    1/4 cup pineapple juice
    1/2 cup lime juice
    1/4 cup olive oil
    2 tsp salt
    2 tsp black pepper
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp onion powder
    1 tsp oregano
    1/2 tsp cumin
    2 tbsp smoke paprika
    2 tsp chilli powder
    3 tbsp achiote paste

    Flank ribs
    1.5 cups of soy
    1/2 cup mirin
    1 cup water
    1/3 cup brown sugar
    2 tbsp honey
    4 cloves garlic minced
    1 tsp ginger
    1/2 onion sliced
