Homemade Kibbeh Nayeh (Lebanese Raw Meat)
Ingredients:
•1/2kg lamb mince
•2 cups soaked and washed fine bulgur
•1/2 red peeled capsicum
•1 brown onion
•2 tspn salt
•2 tspn kibbeh pepper
•1 tspn black pepper
•••
Method:
1. In a blender add the capsicum, onion, salt and peppers and blend well
2. In a large bowl combine the bulgur, mince and spices and using your hands mix thru until well combined
3. Place kibbeh on a clean plate and design to your liking. Serve with olive oil, onions, radish and fresh mint with lebanese bread. Enjoy!
