I’m a newbie. This a good deal? 1st brisket. My buddy has thermometers. Anyone have temp advice on a smaller one?

    It is not. They probably had some briskets getting close to their sell by date so they cut them up to sell faster.

    I might be wrong, but that looks so lean it isn’t worth smoking. I’d grinding up with some fatty pork and make burgers.
