I had the best latte of my life at Camber Coffee in Bellingham. It’s called Japanese woods, but they only make it in the fall. I want to try making it at home and wondering if anyone can help me dissect the recipe from the info they list in the description.
I take it I need hojicha powder, and can just buy the Douglas fir bitters online. But not sure how to incorporate the pepper, cloves and cocoa. Any advice is much appreciated!
